Join the LPH * Coalition for Responsible Growth

The coalition is comprised of two main groups: neighbors focused on the 800+ unit mega-development on the ETS campus (Carter & Rosedale Rds.) and neighbors focused on the nearby 110+ mega-development at the Gulick Property (206 & Province Line Rds.). These two groups are independent of each other, but work cooperatively. Where issues and communication align, LPH issues joint communications for both parties. However, their funding streams are separate, and they maintain independent accounting and distinct legal positions.
